Welcome To Faith Hope & Love In Christ!: Faith Hope & Love in Christ, Inc., FHL, is a Central Illinois based ministry that brings the gospel of Jesus Christ to all at-risk people of our communities. Presently, FHL, provides on-site ministries to prison inmates throughout Illinois through our Residents Encounter Christ (REC) program. The REC program has been changing lives impacted by crime in Illinois for over 20 years.
